All our programs are Star 3 rated. What this means....
- We go above and beyond what is required through the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Child Care licensing requirements to provide high quality care.
- We have lower staff to child ratios.
- We implement a researched based curriculum in all of our programs.
- In addition to First Aid/CPR certified, trained in Communicable Disease Recognition and Child Abuse Recognition, all staff have 15 hours of professional development training every year to meet set requirements to ensure personal educational growth in the Child Care/Education field.
Step Up to Quality is a 1 to 5 star rating system. We must follow certain set guidelines to maintain our rating. This means we not only have inspections from ODJFS but also SUTQ specialists come and review our programs as well.
